Parsons is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, and sustain mission-critical software for national cybersecurity and defense missions. You will join a small, collaborative team delivering integrated software for a tactical operations platform with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

The role emphasizes end-to-end lifecycle work, modern front-end and back-end stacks, Foundry tooling, and strong collaboration with stakeholders in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience; strong HTML, CSS, JS skills.
• Experience producing production-quality software and working in small teams.
• Ability to work independently across the full SDLC.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain program-specific access.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Develop Foundry applications supporting mission workflows and data integration.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Create technical designs, interfaces, and software architecture docs.
• Build responsive web UI with modern HTML/CSS/JS.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and external integrations.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate in Agile/DevSecOps environments; participate in reviews.
