Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Software Developer – Full Stack to join the X PMIS team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications, collaborating with product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will contribute to both front-end and back-end work, build responsive interfaces, and help ensure secure, scalable software. A 2+ year track record and a BS in CS or related field are expected, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
  • Experience with server-side programming languages.
  • Proficiency with one or more server-side languages such as C#, Java, NodeJS, or Python.
  • Experience with the Microsoft .NET Platform for desktop and web application development.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and construct effective solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies, tools, and team needs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in application development activities, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications.

  • Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and mentorship opportunities to grow technical capability and delivery quality.

Job Description: The Parsons X PMIS team is seeking a talented Software Developer – Full Stack to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge as a software developer while working alongside excellent mentors in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Software Developer

$88,400.00 - $154,700.00
