Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in custodial support or janitorial/facilities maintenance.
• Supervisory or management experience over custodial staff.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day custodial and janitorial operations across all facilities.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate custodial staff.
• Develop and maintain schedules, assignments, and staffing plans.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and address deficiencies.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and proper handling of cleaning materials.
• Maintain inventories and manage equipment/SOPs.
• Coordinate with facilities management for events and moves.
