Job summary

You will develop plans, manage risk, and drive quality management across the program, providing leadership to staff and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Minimum 8 years as a Program Manager focusing on risk, innovation and quality management systems.
• Masters degree or 12 years related experience; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the program for HQ Services and interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), the COR, government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to align the program's objectives with the customer's mission and goals.
• Provide leadership to program staff and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
