Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional work experience related to contracts, proposals, or business management.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active US Government Secret or higher clearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for accuracy.
• Prepare bids, process specifications, reports, and advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
• Support interface with customer on contractual issues among team members.
• Monitor contract and program to ensure obligations are communicated and understood.
• Participate in contract proposal preparation, negotiations, and administration.
