The role requires a Top Secret clearance or eligibility, Windows and Linux server expertise, and experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and JIRA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 0 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
• Knowledge of Linux Server Operating Systems and workstation support.
• Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (at a minimum).
• Security+ CE certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts.
• Establishes and maintains customer satisfaction according to defined objectives.
• Report task statuses for all efforts in written and oral format.
• Support across disciplines to isolate issues between software, firmware, hardware, and networks.
• Assist with testing of new product releases to ensure compatibility.
