Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Classified Cybersecurity Analyst to support lifecycle activities on-site at Redondo Beach, CA. The role requires a Secret clearance and involves security assessments, ST&E, and A&A documentation, with no telecommute option.

You will work within the Classified Solutions team, performing audits, policy implementations, and risk assessments while collaborating across programs and government guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• High School diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Current Security+ certification or greater.
• U.S. Government Secret level clearance at minimum (ability to obtain Top Secret).

Responsibilities

• Conduct system audits and continuous monitoring covering security controls and configurations.
• Assess systems and networks to identify deviations from policy and enclave requirements.
• Analyze to validate security requirements and recommend safeguards.
• Assist in implementing government policy and contribute to process tailoring.
• Support A&A activities and maintain Risk Management Framework evidence.
• Coordinate security testing and prepare required reports for ST&E.
• Document A&A results and related technical/coordination activities.
