SimVentions is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance at NAVAIR-PAX River, MD. The role requires on-site presence five days a week and US citizenship with an ACTIVE Secret clearance.

The ideal candidate will write, review, and test C++ code on Linux (RHEL), work with Oracle databases and Visual Studio, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team ensuring contract technical requirements are met.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or computer science required.
• Experience writing, reviewing and testing C++ code.
• Linux (RHEL), Oracle, Visual Studio experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, and tests for contract conformance.
