Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts on-site at NAVAIR-PAX River, St. Mary’s County, MD. You will join a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to maintaining critical flight software.

Required: active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and experience with C++, Linux (RHEL), Oracle databases, and Visual Studio. Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Ada is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or computer science.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and testing C++ code.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL) and Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract requirements.
