LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a cleared AI Solutions Engineer for Fort Belvoir, VA. You will embed with government teams to accelerate software delivery through AI platforms, design and prototype AI-enabled workflows, and coach personnel on effective tool use.

This role requires an active SECRET clearance, experience with LLMs and enterprise AI tools, and ability to translate operational needs into scalable automation.

Qualificações

• Degree in data science, statistics, math, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years in data science or analytics.
• Active SECRET clearance; US citizenship required.
• Practical expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI tools.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation and data integration.
• Ability to translate requirements into AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Support adoption of enterprise AI platforms (GenAI.mil, AskSage, Army Vantage).
• Streamline acquisition workflows, reporting, and admin processes via AI.
• Design and deploy low-code automations and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop prompt libraries, AI agents, SOPs, and quick-reference guides.
• Coach Government personnel on effective AI tool usage.
• Maintain reusable prompts, scripts, and automation templates.
• Assess feasibility, data needs, and security for AI solutions.
• Track adoption and productivity; prepare executive dashboards.
