Job summary

Applied Research Solutions seeks a Journeyman level Acquisition Program Specialist with an active Secret clearance to support DoD/Air Force acquisition programs at Hill AFB in Ogden, Utah. The role covers acquisition, program management, configuration management, contract administration, and financial management across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include documentation, funding profiles, CC B coordination, and data package tracking, with briefings for Government leadership.

Qualifications

• US citizen and an active Secret clearance are required.
• Experience in DoD acquisition, program management, logistics, or related government programs preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS and DoD 5000-series guidance is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage acquisition documentation, budgets, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Program Managers with acquisition planning and program execution.
• Maintain contract documentation, funding profiles, CLIN tracking, and schedules.
• Support configuration management and Technical Data Package tracking.
• Assist with financial management activities including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate with Government, contractor, and cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
