L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance D - A&P Mechanic at Hurlburt Field, FL to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems, engines, and airframe components.

The role includes inspections, troubleshooting, corrosion control, and in-house repair work to ensure mission readiness. The ideal candidate holds an FAA A&P certificate, a high school diploma or higher, and may require security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of experience or 2 years post-secondary with 4+ years of experience.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate (A&P license).
• Ability to complete/pass a DCMA physical exam and CRC course prior to OCONUS deployment.
• Valid State Driver’s License and US Passport.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance on turbine engine, propeller, airframe, and systems.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, corrosion inspection, and component repair.
• Prepare parts for turn-in and manage tool accountability and documentation.
• Work with OEM procedures, read maintenance data, and perform safety and housekeeping duties.
• Willing to deploy CONUS/OCONUS and support maintenance recovery teams.
