Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Newport, RI is seeking a Supply Technician to manage receiving, warehousing, inventory, and material expenditure using Navy ERP for SUBSAFE/LEVEL I/DSS-SOC materials.

Responsibilities include generating inventory counts, performing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring proper storage with NSN and condition codes. Forklift operations and customer service are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and 2+ years in a related field.
• Experience with Navy ERP/SAP warehouse operations preferred.
• Familiarity with MILSTRIP and NAVSEA warehouse processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate inventory count sheets in ERP per Government Inventory Plan or ad-hoc requests.
• Perform physical inventory counts and labeling of material.
• Pull LX17 Inventory Reports and upload against inventory records.
• Identify and document inventory discrepancies.
• Store material per Government Location Schema and NSN.
• Support MHE operations (forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
• Provide customer service via phone, email, fax, and in-person inquiries.
