Job summary

Tekla Research, Inc. is seeking an experienced analyst to evaluate programs and perform comprehensive management, technical, and business case analyses. The role requires a BA/BS and an Active Secret clearance, with 5+ years of combined experience in program analysis and acquisition.

The candidate will track requirements, budgets, and schedules, interpret data on aircraft or project programs, and support procurement and documentation efforts across IPTs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years of combined program/analysis experience.
• Experience with government acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Applies analytic techniques in evaluating program objectives.
• Analyzes and tracks requirements, budgets, and schedules to milestones.
• Interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, or project programs.
• Follows government processes for documentation and data management.
• Participates in IPT meetings and drafts memos and correspondence.
• Supports IPT by scheduling meetings and managing program data.
• Assists in development of SOWs and CDRLs in AMS CDRL Tool.
• Manages procurement in PMT and creates PID packages.
• Coordinates actions required by PPCs and manages routing of agreements.
• Inputs, tracks, and reports on PMT actions and program status.
• Develops program documentation and budget/resource plans.
• Assists in spend plans using CSPT and RMTs and aligns SPID entries.
