Job summary

HRB in Lexington Park, Maryland seeks a program analyst to support DoD-style programs with an Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. A BA/BS is required, along with strong analytical capabilities.

You will collect and interpret data on aircraft, weapon, or project programs, prepare documentation, manage budgets and schedules, and assist in SOWs and procurement packages. Salary range $80,000–$110,000.

Responsibilities

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
• Analyzes and tracks program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with milestones.
• Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, or project acquisition and product programs.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
• Participates actively in IPT meetings, with the capability to complete status briefs, draft official memos, and handle high-level correspondence.
• Supports the IPT by scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing essential program data.
• Assists in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and generates Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) within the AMS CDRL Tool
• Manages procurement in PMT and develops, manages, and creates Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) and PID packages
• Coordinates and prepares actions required by Procurement Planning Conferences(PPCs) and manages the routing and tracking of Planning Agreements.
• Inputs, tracks, and reports on PMT actions, milestones, and program status.
• Develops and coordinates program documentation, required acquisition documents, and program budget/resource plans.
• Assists in creating and updating spend plans using CSPT and Resource Management Tools (RMTs), facilitating spend plan tracking and ensuring alignment between SPID entries and the IPT strategy.
