Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Coordinator III in Huntsville, AL, to support the Redstone Test Center. The role focuses on monitoring cost, schedule, and performance for TAGM JAGM / HELLFIRE activities at the Center level.

There is a strong emphasis on coordinating with customers and test teams, defining requirements, and maintaining schedules while reporting progress. A Secret clearance is required, and travel is as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college.
• Six (6) years of applicable experience in program finance or project management with budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Must be motivated, dependable, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to obtain DoD/DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of all assigned TAGM JAGM / HELLFIRE activities at the Center level.
• Ensure regular communication between Customers and all members of the test team, including Account Management, Test Coordinators, and Test Engineers.
• Support the definition of test requirements with the Customer and test team while monitoring for additions.
• Support scheduling of coordination meetings, HAWGs, TRRs, and status meetings.
• Act as primary point of contact with the customer and test team for status during test execution across the Center.
• Monitor program test schedules and identify conflicts.
• Elevate risks and issues to JTMO and Account Management.
• Assist in corrective actions for issues related to cost, schedule, performance, or deliverable timeliness.
