Chenega MIOS in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a seasoned SecOps Manager to lead Tier 1 security operations for GPS environments and drive incident response improvements. You will coach analysts, validate triage, and coordinate with Google SecOps engineering to tune SIEM/EDR tooling and playbooks.

Applicants should have 5+ years in security operations, DoD 8140 CSSP Analyst cert, TS/SCI with Poly, and hands-on Windows/Linux, networking, and scripting experience.

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, including leading shift operations and coaching analysts.
• Active DoD 8140 CSSP Analyst certification before starting billable work.
• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, networking, scripting, and security tooling.

• Lead on‑floor Tier 1 security operations and coach analysts in monitoring SIEM/EDR tools.
• Oversee GPS incident reporting, ensuring high-priority alerts meet SLA targets.
• Validate evidence, triage justifications, and escalate as needed to Google SecOps.

• Maintain on-shift coverage and ensure timely incident communication and handoffs.
