Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and prepare school meals for students
• Maintain accurate production records using appropriate forms
• Order food items and supplies; manage inventory and receiving
• Ensure USDA, MODESE, and County Health Department regulations are followed
• Provide sanitation in-services and maintain training records
• Adhere to cash control and inventory procedures in Child Nutrition Services
• Train and supervise staff and substitutes in assigned duties
• Report sanitation issues or injuries to the Director of Child Nutrition Services
