The role requires a Master's in Educational Administration, Tennessee administrative certification, and 3–5 years of teaching with leadership. You will develop programs, manage budgets, evaluate instructional quality, and ensure compliance with district policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Administration or supervision required.
• State certification in Administration/Supervision (TN) required.
• 3–5 years of teaching experience with demonstrated leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administration of the assigned school; act in the Principal's absence.
• Supervise staff, including performance evaluations and, when needed, discipline actions.
• Develop and deliver staff training and development programs and opportunities.
• Plan and implement school-wide programs, policies, goals, and objectives in line with district standards.
• Assist in budgeting, grants seeking, procurement, and resource management for the school.
• Coordinate standardized testing programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain student conduct standards and enforce discipline with due process.
• Lead extracurricular activities and coordinate school programs with other schools and organizations.
• Prepare required reports and communicate with stakeholders and executive leadership.
