Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and administration of the assigned elementary school; substitutes for the principal as needed.
• Supervises staff, evaluates performance, and supports staff development.
• Plans and implements school programs, policies and goals in line with district standards.
• Assists with budget preparation, grant procurement, and resource management.
• Coordinates standardized testing, student conduct, and school safety procedures.
