Re:Build Manufacturing in Avon, OH seeks a Secondary Operator to perform deburring, drilling, tapping, threading, and other secondary operations. You will read work orders and blueprints, maintain tools, and record production data, all while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• English proficiency to understand safety information and communicate effectively.
• Basic counting and math skills.
• Ability to work under production deadlines and be dependable and a team player.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, sanding, and other secondary operations safely and accurately.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specs to determine required secondary operations.
• Maintain and replace tools to meet specifications.
• Record operational or production data.
• Load/unload items from carts, crates, and palettes.
• Place products in equipment or on surfaces for processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Move products to the next operation after finishing secondary work.
