Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate basic English (6th grade level).
• Basic counting and math skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring, sanding, and other secondary operations safely and accurately.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specs to determine required operations.
• Maintain and replace tools to meet specifications.
• Record production data.
• Load and unload items from carts, crates, and palettes.
• Place products for processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Move products to the next operation after completion.
