Re:Build Manufacturing in Avon, Ohio is seeking a Secondary Operator to perform deburring, drilling, tapping, threading, or other secondary operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic English, with the ability to read work orders, blueprints, and technical specs.

Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, be dependable, able to work under production deadlines, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Language: Understand and communicate basic English as defined by 6th grade level.
• Mathematics: Basic counting and math skills.
• Other: Able to work under production deadlines, work with others, and be dependable and timely.
• Physical: Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately perform deburring, flat sanding, removing micro joints, or other secondary operations as required.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine required secondary operations.
• Maintain proper tools and replace as needed to meet specifications.
• Record operational or production data.
• Load and unload items from both mobile and stationary carts, crates and palettes.
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Remove products or workpieces from secondary work environment to the next operation.
