Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, be dependable, able to work under production deadlines, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Language: Understand and communicate basic English as defined by 6th grade level.
• Mathematics: Basic counting and math skills.
• Other: Able to work under production deadlines, work with others, and be dependable and timely.
• Physical: Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately perform deburring, flat sanding, removing micro joints, or other secondary operations as required.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine required secondary operations.
• Maintain proper tools and replace as needed to meet specifications.
• Record operational or production data.
• Load and unload items from both mobile and stationary carts, crates and palettes.
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Remove products or workpieces from secondary work environment to the next operation.
