Job summary

Trelleborg Medical Solutions is seeking a Secondary Operations team member in Minnesota to support the Secondary Operations Lead and ensure efficient value stream flow. You will perform Clean Room operations, monitor air quality, operate vision machines, and document actions per procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing experience. You will also assist with leading, training and mentoring production operators and contribute to continuous

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead, train and mentor production operators.
• Experience performing or training tasks in the value stream.

Responsibilities

• Perform key production function in the value stream as necessary or directed.
• Perform tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
• Set an example by actively contributing to department and company goals.
• Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Work in a clean room environment with gown/gloves/hairnet as required.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager, Supervisor or Lead
