Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent visual inspection skills.
  • Good finger dexterity for handling and packaging small precision parts.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately while meeting production goals.
  • Ability to understand and follow written procedures.
  • High level of focus and concentration.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, primarily daylight and afternoon shifts.
  • Ability to stand for an entire 8‑hour shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate parts cleaning equipment.
  • Clean, inspect, sort, and package precision parts.
  • Work with area coordinators and management to help meet customer delivery schedules.
  • Assist with machine scheduling as needed to support production goals.
  • Follow all quality procedures, work instructions, and safety policies.
  • Safely handle chemicals used in the parts cleaning process.
  • Support other manufacturing activities as needed to help the team achieve production goals.
