Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a Success Coach to support districts in Texas with the adoption and implementation of Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, and related curricula. Based in Dallas/Fort Worth, the role blends on-site coaching and professional development, with travel as needed.

You'll bring at least 3 years of teaching or coaching experience, including PD delivery and implementing Great Minds curricula. The base salary ranges from $78,000 to $85,000, with remote work options and benefits.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience teaching or coaching, with 1 year delivering high-quality professional development.
Experience implementing Great Minds curricula, especially Wit & Wisdom and/or Eureka Math.
Proficiency with Great Minds instructional design and pedagogy; deep content knowledge in curriculum focus areas.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain expertise in Great Minds professional services catalog to provide on-site coaching and PD.
Collaborate with Success Leads to deliver contextualized services.
Deliver on-site professional services up to 80% of the time in Central school systems.
Gather and monitor implementation success metrics; document interactions and insights.
Represent Great Minds in conferences and create knowledge content (blogs, whitepapers).
Maintain a strong, collaborative Great Minds culture with trust and quality.
