Qualifications

• Tennessee Teaching or Admin License required, plus 4+ years teaching at Level 4-5 with gap-closure experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience presenting to and working with adult teachers.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Familiarity with GLOE, CCSS, ACT standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate teacher understanding and implementation of standards and college-readiness benchmarks.
• Lead professional development and coaching to improve instructional practices.
• Monitor data and guide academic goals in collaboration with the principal.
• Provide site-based technology support for teachers and students.
• Deliver training for district professional development meetings.
• Collaborate with the principal to execute school-wide goals.
