Job summary

The position runs 8:00-4:30 daily, is year-long and grant-funded, with opportunities for growth into permanent teaching roles.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in educational settings required.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible substitute teacher coverage across the building.
• Deliver high-quality instructional support in whole group and small group settings.
• Maintain positive rapport with students, families, and staff.
• Teach engaging lessons aligned to state standards.
• Support arrival, dismissal, transitions, lunch and recess, and other routines.
• Assist with attendance, student reports, and records as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings, coaching and professional development.
