Job summary

You will lead short-term instruction across multiple classrooms, assist with arrival/dismissal, transitions, and small-group learning, and help maintain a positive, structured learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required to start.
• Prior experience in educational settings is required.
• Background checks (PA State Police Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Cogent Federal Fingerprinting) must be completed prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, short-term substitute teaching across the building.
• Support arrival, dismissal, transitions, lunch and recess, and other duties to ensure smooth school operations.
• Track student progress and engage in data-informed instruction and professional development.
• Participate in staff meetings and be available for events involving families.
