Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience recommended or demonstrated skill.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up equipment including Crimpers, Straighteners, Presses, Press Brakes, Shears, Welders, Roll Mills, and Hot Melt Machines; perform material handling duties.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work area using the 6S system.
• Perform visual inspection to ensure product quality and adjust machines as needed.
• Assist Level 2 and Level 3 Operators with setup and operation of equipment.
