Stoughton Trailers in Wisconsin is hiring an assembler-welder to join our manufacturing team. You will weld, assemble components, read blueprints, maintain takt and status sheets, and support continuous production with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of welding-related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong teamwork and communication skills. You will operate a range of tools and contribute to delivering high-quality trailers on schedule.

Formación

• Welding experience: 6 months to 1 year, able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic software.
• Must read and understand blueprints, tape measures, and company docs.
• Strong math skills, especially fractions, and good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Operate welding and assembly tasks to meet takt requirements.
• Maintain takt and status sheets and follow process sheets.
• Assist supervisor and onboard new employees as needed.
• Work safely, maintain quality and productivity in area of responsibility.
