Job summary

Stoughton Trailers, LLC is seeking an Assembler I to support trailer production. You will perform hands-on assembly across multiple stages, using drills, rivet guns and other tools, while ensuring safety and quality. You’ll read blueprints, measure layouts, and follow work instructions to maintain line flow.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to maintain a steady production pace in a manufacturing setting, with mandatory overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly work across stages of trailer building.
• Operate hand and power tools including drills and rivet guns.
• Prepare surfaces and apply caulk to joints as required.
• Position and fasten parts using bolts, screws and fasteners.
• Measure layouts from blueprints and drawings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to support line flow and production goals.
