Job summary

Stoughton Trailers is hiring for an entry-level assembler on the 1st shift in Wisconsin. The position involves operating hand tools to support the assembly of big trailers, building sub-assemblies such as brake hoses, light boxes, axles, doors, and air brake systems.

We offer training opportunities on the production floor, advancement after 90 days, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; eager to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for up to 10 hours a day.
• Occasional mandatory overtime may be required.
• Team environment with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of hand tools to aid assembly.
• Build sub-assemblies such as brake hoses, light boxes, axles, doors, and air brake systems.
• Participate in training opportunities as you advance on the production floor.
