You will adjust parameters per production orders, perform weld tests, use calipers and tape measures, log data, and ensure safety and quality. Prior industrial machine experience is required; wedge wire experience is not.

• Experience operating industrial manufacturing machinery; ability to read production orders/drawings.
• Ability to use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers) and verify dimensions.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and production requirements.
• Dependable, capable of working independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to learn specialized wedge wire equipment and processes.
• Experience with welding or maintenance is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, set up, operate, and monitor wedge wire cylinder manufacturing equipment; adjust parameters per orders/drawings.
• Select tooling/materials; adjust to achieve specified dimensions and quality.
• Perform weld tests and inspect weld quality throughout production.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues; perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Communicate progress, downtime, material shortages, and quality concerns to supervision.
• Log production time and data; document quality checks and nonconforming material.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area and follow PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and reduce scrap and downtime.
