Riverdale Mills is seeking a Production Machine Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts to operate automated machinery that produces welded wire mesh. This role involves learning new equipment, adhering to production specifications, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting machines, monitoring output, and performing basic troubleshooting. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and read production specifications.
• Ability to recognize equipment or product quality problems.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork and safety awareness.
• Experience in manufacturing, CNC operation or welding is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery, including automated welding and wire processing equipment.
• Monitor production and inspect finished products for quality and accurate measurements.
• Make routine adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting; report problems to maintenance or supervisor.
• Follow production orders and operating instructions and maintain accurate production records.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and follow all safety procedures.
