Phillips Feed in Vandalia, OH is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our second shift. This role oversees daily warehouse activities, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
5+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment.
Ability to operate stand-up forklifts.
Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to read and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

Supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations.
Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Ensure all warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded.
Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture.
Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed.
Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completing load maps.
Submit route paperwork to invoicing team.
Collaborate with supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback.
Perform other duties as assigned.
