Job summary

Certco, Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead the 3rd Shift Receiving team at our Verona Road Distribution Center.

You will coach and develop a high-performing workforce, ensure accurate receiving, and drive safety and operational excellence. As a front-line leader, you’ll implement process improvements, monitor productivity, and collaborate with Inventory Control, Transportation, and Purchasing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with receiving and distribution operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with WMS and forklift operation.
• Able to work Sunday–Thursday night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and respect.
• Coordinate daily receiving activities and inbound freight.
• Monitor productivity and labor efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper receiving procedures.
• Train and mentor employees while building future leaders.
