Job summary

Spring Glen Fresh Foods in Ephrata, PA is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. You will coach and supervise staff, ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with GMP/HACCP standards, and partner with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in warehouse operations, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree preferred.
3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience, food industry preferred.
Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with WMS/ERP or computerized inventory systems.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Trains and coaches warehouse personnel; enforces safety and compliance standards.
Coordinates with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.
Maintains accurate logs and documentation for warehouse activities.
Monitors equipment functionality and implements process improvements.
