Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate. The role offers weekly pay and a clear path to permanent employment within a clean, safe facility.

Starting hourly rate is $19.50 with an additional $1.00 per hour for second shift. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. Full training, safety gear, and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification.
• Ability to read and do basic mathematics in English.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning is completed correctly.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain facility security.
• Perform picking, packing and material moves as required.
• Support housekeeping and general warehouse operations.
