Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Opa Locka, FL is hiring Warehouse Associates for the second shift. Pay starts at $18.50 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and work instructions.
• Ability to input data into the WMS computer system.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is completed correctly.
• Perform picking and packing duties.
• Perform material moves with associated transactions.
• Participate in workgroup activities to improve warehouse operations.
• Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
