Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for the second shift (Mon-Fri 2:30pm–11:00pm) with potential overtime on Saturdays. Hourly pay is $19.00 with overtime at $28.50 and a $1.00 shift premium on second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks).
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning is complete.
• Perform picking and packing duties and maintain security at end of shift.
• Conduct material moves with related transactions as required.
• Participate in team activities to improve warehouse operations.
