Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations on the second shift. You will supervise a team, coordinate receiving and shipping, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance at the plant.

You will drive continuous improvement, liaise with adjacent plants and corporate operations, monitor performance, review invoices, and promote a collaborative, inclusive work environment that supports growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in warehouse or manufacturing; 1+ year in supervisory role preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS and TMS systems.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and assign tasks to supervisors and team members.
• Coordinate with plants, warehouses, and corporate operations to identify improvements.
• Participate in safety activities and promote safe work practices.
• Monitor receiving and shipping for timeliness and accuracy.
• Review invoices against pricing and process payments.
• Champion CI/LEAN and change-driven improvements.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
