Qualifications

• High-energy, strong work ethic required.
• Lift and carry 25–75 lbs; physically demanding role.
• Prior warehouse lead experience preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Pre-shift meetings and stretching exercises before each shift.
• Safety observations and coaching across the team.
• Coordinate with management and leadership; communicate with yard and customers.
• Oversee a work area to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Manage movement of pallets and cases using forklift or pallet jack; loading/unloading operations.
