Job summary

Cumberland Dairy, a farmer-owned DFA brand, seeks motivated Warehouse Forklift Operators for fast-paced work handling orders and maintaining product rotation. The team communicates effectively and follows GMP/SOP rules to ensure safety and quality.

Starting rate is $20/hour with a Sunday-Thursday schedule, second shift 2pm-10:30pm, and strong benefits including 401(k), healthcare, vacation and tuition reimbursement. DFA promotes from within and values community involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience operating a forklift in a high efficiency environment.
• Must have forklift operator’s certification.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Strong verbal and written communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pick, pull and build orders, palletize products, load/unload and stage outbound orders.
• Maintain product storage and rotation; ensure safe handling of finished products.
• Adhere to GMP and SOP rules and regulations during shift.
