Job summary

Cumberland Dairy, Inc is seeking Warehouse Forklift Operators for a fast-paced facility in New Jersey. Responsibilities include operating forklift, picking and building orders, palletizing, loading/unloading, and staging outbound shipments while maintaining GMP/SOP standards.

The job offers a $20/hour starting wage on second shift (2pm-10:30pm) with benefits including 401(k) and paid vacation. Must have forklift certification and pass tests and screenings, plus flexible availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum six months forklift operation experience in a high efficiency environment.
• Forklift operator certification required.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and assist with picking, pulling and building orders.
• Pile, palletize products and load/unload outbound shipments.
• Stage orders and maintain product storage and rotation.
• Maintain safe, GMP-compliant and SOP-conforming work practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members during shifts.
