Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements including heavy lifting, standing and walking throughout shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (hot/cold).
• Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading shipments.
• Working in freezers and coolers to store and prepare raw meat.
• Proper preparation of raw meats.
• Sous vide cooking.
• Packing of the finished product.
• All other tasks as assigned by management.
