Job summary

Grahamjobs Warehouse is seeking a Utility Warehouse Associate for second shift to support production logistics and shipping. You will operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, move materials per schedule, verify part numbers, and stage goods for shipment.

The role requires OSHA safety commitment, reliability with time management, and ability to work overtime as needed. Training on turret trucks may be provided, and familiarity with the metric system is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with hand tools and the metric system.
• Inventory-management software experience is a plus.
• Willingness to train on additional equipment, including turret trucks.
• Commitment to OSHA-compliant safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, turret trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Collect and deliver materials to production according to the production schedule.
• Confirm quantities and part numbers against pick lists.
• Maintain accurate in-process inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Document units delivered and their storage or production locations.
• Load and unload trucks and stage finished goods for shipment.
• Operate wrapping equipment to prepare finished goods for shipping.
• Complete pre-use equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Partner with production teams to support safe, efficient workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
