Job summary

Graham Personnel Team is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator for our Huntersville, NC facility. You will safely operate forklifts, load/unload trucks, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid forklift certification, basic data-entry skills, and a team-focused, reliable work ethic. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with starting pay of $17.64 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Organize warehouse stock and maintain material locations.
• Prepare shipments and stage orders for delivery.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Location: Huntersville, NC

Starting Pay: $17.64/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the day.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment for extended periods.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
