Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a warehouse forklift associate to move products safely, perform maintenance on equipment, and manage inventory for shipment. You will pick, pack, and stage orders and ensure accurate receiving and returns processing in our WMS.

Training is provided, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The role offers a full-time schedule with set shifts (3:00 PM start for second shift; 6:00 AM for first shift) and competitive pay starting at $18.50/hour plus a $2.00 second

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, once certified.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report issues to the supervisor.
• Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment per customer order; stage inventory for shipment; load trailers.
• Unload trailers; receive product, verify accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Receive returned product; verify warranty status; update WMS; prepare product for disposal or restock.
• Train other employees; maintain a clean and safe workspace; perform other duties as assigned.
