RJW Logistics Group in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead shift operations, supervise staff, and ensure accurate, timely shipping.

You will oversee data entry, QA checks, and safety programs, work with WMS (Synapse), and coordinate with co-pack and retail fulfillment. The role requires 3–5 years in co-pack/warehouse, strong English, and proven leadership; fully on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in co-pack.
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred). PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Assigns work and staffing for warehouse operations.
• Monitors shipment quality and accuracy per customer specs.
• Ensures staff training and adherence to SOPs and safety rules.
• Maintains shift timesheets and payroll accuracy.
• Oversees data entry accuracy and timely reporting.
• Ensures compliance with AIB and OSHA guidelines.
• Handles incident reporting and corrective actions.
